Barnaby and Wilson is a collaborative business between Glen Barnaby and Carli Wilson. Carli is an experienced photographer and Glen is an experienced screen printer and experimental musician. Together they work as a team, experimenting with many different mediums and creative projects. They have a strong focus on vintage aesthetics, sustainability and both aim for a family life of slower living.

Carli has completed 6 years at University including a Diploma in Education at Melbourne University (2006), a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography at RMIT (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts at Deakin University (1994 Graphic Design and Visual Arts) and has continued to work in the industry as a freelance photographer for the past 20 years. In addition to being an experienced photographer, Carli is a tertiary level commercial photography trainer. As a passionate, motivated educator, she strives for excellence in her own photographic work along with her student’s results.

Glen attended Sydney University to focus on sculptural ceramics and photography before deciding to connect his love of music with the Arts. As a member of a Sydney band in the 1990s, he was lucky to obtain a solid grounding in screen printing band t-shirts and posters for a small band focussed company. He has continued to work in the printing industry and is passionate about traditional screen printing processes. He has an excellent understanding of digital colour seperations, halftone printing and the digital file to print process.

Together they share ideas and inspirations amongst their creative surroundings of Geelong and the Surf Coast. They have two little girls 'Lucy & Elsie' to keep them on their toes.
